Description
The Moen 1224 cartridge is the most common replacement part for single-handle Moen faucets installed between 1989 and the present. If your single-handle Moen faucet drips from the spout or leaks at the base when the handle is on, this cartridge is almost certainly the part you need. Includes the rubber seat and spring set in the box. Compatible with kitchen and bathroom faucets that use the single-handle 1224 cartridge platform – check your faucet’s installation guide or the lifetime-warranty Moen support page for compatibility before ordering. Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, 1/8-inch hex (Allen) wrench, and the Moen 1200 cartridge puller (sold separately and recommended for first-time installers).
