Description
Toto's G-Max flush valve uses a proprietary flapper design that universal flappers do not fit reliably. If you have a Toto toilet that has started running, the Toto THU041S OEM flapper is the only correct fix.
The G-Max series is the most widely installed Toto residential platform, so it is the flapper most Toto owners need — but it fits the G-Max series only. Check the branding on the bowl to confirm you have a Toto before ordering. Forcing a generic flapper onto a G-Max valve is the usual reason a “repaired” Toto keeps running, so it is worth getting the right OEM part the first time.
Like any flapper, it clips into place by hand in a few minutes with no tools and no need to remove the tank.
