The Oatey Hercules plumber’s putty is the traditional sealing compound for sink strainers, lavatory pop-up drains, and other non-pressurized plumbing joints. 14 oz tub – enough for dozens of repairs. Stays pliable indefinitely, doesn’t dry out or harden. Important: do NOT use on plastic fixtures (use silicone caulk instead) and do NOT use on threaded pressurized connections (use Teflon tape or pipe joint compound).
